Who We Are

The Master’s Program is a purpose-driven mentorship and leadership development organization where caring adults from diverse backgrounds mentor young people ages 10–18. We welcome participants of all genders and racial, ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

We are committed to empowering every young person to grow with confidence, integrity, discipline, and vision. We believe young people deserve spaces that celebrate their identities, honor their experiences, and challenge them to become all they are capable of being. Through community, accountability, and intentional guidance, we cultivate leaders who understand their value, respect the value of others, and recognize their responsibility to make a positive difference.
