About Us
Who We Are
The Master’s Program is a purpose-driven mentorship and leadership development organization where Black men mentor Black boys. We are committed to empowering young Black men ages 10–18 to grow with confidence, integrity, discipline, and vision.
We believe our young men deserve spaces that affirm who they are while challenging them to become who they are capable of being. Through brotherhood, accountability, and intentional guidance, we cultivate leaders who understand their value and their responsibility.
What We Believe

Our young men are taught to lead change rather than wait for it, to think critically, to act responsibly, and to elevate one another as they rise. We emphasize unity, respect, ownership, and collective progress because true strength is built together.
What We Do
Through structured mentorship, leadership training, academic support, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, The Master’s Program creates environments where young men are:
